Leithaus Realty is a certified training center and offers a $295 50-hour pre-license course for people interested in understanding real estate or pursuing a career as a broker. We offer day and night courses about once a month (depending on demand).

To obtain a broker’s license, you’ll need to:

• be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma
• pass the 50-hour pre-license course
• pass the Northica licensing exam
