If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return the product within thirty days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the product’s price. Shipping charges are not refunded. We won’t accept returns of products that are damaged or in an unsaleable condition; we don’t refund download purchases.

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. For returns due to manufacturer defect, shipping charges will be credited to the customer after the product has been received and inspection verifies that the return is valid.

Please allow one to three weeks for a return to be received and processed, and two to four weeks for a replacement to arrive.
