How early should I arrive at the airport before my flight?
We recommend that you allow time for check-in and security screening and arrive 90 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights and two hours for international flights. Allow more time during peak travel periods and bad weather.
Is a parent allowed to accompany a child traveling alone through screening to their gate?
Please contact your airline to make arrangements to escort your child to board their flight.
Is there a limit on the number of carry-on bags?
You are allowed one carry-on bag plus a personal item such as a purse, briefcase, or laptop computer. Your carry-on must meet your airline’s size requirements.
May I take my electronic devices such as a laptop computer, cellphone, pager, or camera through screening?
These items can go through screening. However, please be prepared to turn them on and operate them for the security screening personnel.
