Thank you for your interest in joining Nortru’s weather team. Since the early days of weather reporting, field members have supplemented our data, providing the most accurate and representative information. We’re always welcoming new members; all you need is

• an outdoor thermometer
• a rain gauge
• a ruler (to measure snowfall)
• a passion for weather and attention to detail
• computer access

Other equipment, like an anemometer, or digital camcorder, or digital camera is helpful but not required. To become a weather watcher, write to us by email at
