INGREDIENTS

STEPS

  1. Scrub potatoes and pierce; bake at /nortle/temperature">375° F for 45 minutes until tender.
  2. While baking, pare apples and cut into ½-inch pieces, then mix apples with remaining ingredients and cook in skillet for 5 to 10 minutes until apples are tender.
  3. Remove potato skins, cut into ½-inch pieces, and add to skillet. Stir until potatoes are coated.
